Healthcare Estates 2025 – Registrations and Awards open

Healthcare Estates, the flagship annual event of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM), returns on 21–22 October, and event registrations, Awards entries and Awards Dinner bookings are all open now.

In a time of great change and uncertainty for the healthcare sector, Healthcare Estates will once again provide a vital forum for navigating the changing landscape. It will give access to updates from top leaders, and the crucial opportunity to gain new perspectives by sharing knowledge and experience with peers in similar roles.

Exhibition-only Visitor passes are free of charge and include access to Keynotes, Exhibition Theatre presentations and the sector-leading Exhibition of products, equipment and services.

Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibiting at Healthcare Estates gives you the opportunity to interact directly with high-level NHS EFM professionals, from whom you can gather vital insights on their requirements and what you need to be doing to win NHS contracts.

The floorplan is filling up fast, but there are still opportunities for companies to get involved and showcase their products and services to the UK’s largest gathering of healthcare engineering and estates & facilities professionals. Exhibiting is an excellent value way to build brand awareness, gather feedback, and learn about industry trends, ultimately boosting sales and market presence.

Awards Entries open

The Healthcare Estates IHEEM Awards recognise excellence in the healthcare engineering and estates management sector. Entries are open until 30 May.

In a new feature for 2025, Winners of selected Awards will be invited to take part in special sessions as part of the programme of activities for Day 2 of Healthcare Estates (22 October 2025). This programme innovation will not only give more exposure to Winners but also represents another opportunity for event attendees to hear about what makes particular projects, schemes and products successful.

Awards Gala Dinner – early booking rate until 30 June

Bookings for the annual Awards Dinner are also open now, with individual places and tables of 10 available, and an early booking rate available until 30 June 2025. There is also the opportunity to secure a premium location in the room by booking one of the limited-availability VIP tables.

The Awards Dinner provides an excellent opportunity to network and to strengthen relationships with clients and suppliers.

IHEEM have secured distinguished journalist, broadcaster, and former Conservative Party politician Michael Portillo as the guest speaker for the 2025 Healthcare Estates Awards. Following his departure from politics in 2005, Michael successfully transitioned into broadcasting, earning widespread recognition for his insightful and engaging television programs.
