As well as being environmentally conscious, the home has also been purpose built with the residents’ lifestyles in mind.

It includes an onsite beauty and hair salon, cinema, library, and landscaped garden, as well as a coffee bar and restaurant.

A spokesman said: “The space should feel like a home, which is why we will work hard to uphold an inclusive, safe environment where family can visit and enjoy their lifestyle with them, from coffee bar trips to joining in with daily activities.”

Every resident has a private room with wetrooms, smart TVs, and mini fridges.

The home also offers restaurant-quality food cooked by the team’s onsite chefs.
