Built environment specialist Pick Everard has been appointed as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework, strengthening its role as a trusted partner to central government and public sector organisations across the UK.
The firm has been named on Lot 4 – surveying and strategic advice, and Lot 8b – PFI surveying services. This enables Pick Everard to deliver a range of services including condition surveys, structural assessments, technical due diligence and strategic estate advice.
As part of the framework, Pick Everard will support public sector bodies with the operation, delivery and handback of buildings under Private Finance Initiative (PFI) arrangements, drawing on its expertise in asset management, building surveying and sustainability advisory.
Simon Robb, national director for building surveying at Pick Everard, says: ‘We’re proud to have been named on CCS frameworks for more than two decades, helping clients achieve value and time-saving benefits through trusted partnerships. Appointment to the Estate Management Services 2 framework reinforces our ability to support complex estate challenges with proven technical expertise.’
Ben Killeen, group strategic development director, adds: ‘Our multi-disciplinary approach allows us to understand the diverse needs of public sector organisations. Through services such as space optimisation, asset verification, compliance and investment planning, we help clients unlock the full potential of their estates and manage smooth PFI transitions.’
The four-year framework is designed to help public sector organisations access specialist services from pre-approved suppliers through a streamlined procurement process, supporting best value and consistent delivery standards.
